Insurance Certificate Requirements

In an effort to clarify our insurance coverage requirements, we have listed them below. Please contact your Insurance Agent/Broker or your Insurance Carrier and request that they issue a current Certificate of Insurance in accordance with these specifications to:

For Rental/Lease of Over-the-Road Trailers:

  • Commercial Auto Liability Insurance with coverage for any auto (including semi-trailers and or leased auto’s (including hired, now owned coverage) with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Combined Single Limit per accident/occurrence.
  • Commercial General Liability insurance written per occurrence with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000. General Aggregate.
  • Excess Liability Insurance, Umbrella Form and/or Other than Umbrella Form with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000.
  • Rogers Rentals/Chessey Industries, Inc. must be included as a named ADDITIONAL INSURED.
  • Commercial Auto Physical Damage Insurance to provide Fire, Theft, collision and comprehensive coverage for hired vehicles (including semi-trailers) on an Actual Cash Value Basis.
  • Rogers Rentals/Chessey Industries, Inc., must be included as a named LOSS PAYEE.
  • The certificate must contain a thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation or material changes in coverage.
